Lets start with why we call this company I´m a kombo. I’m a, refers to what you are – you are what you eat, and kombo to a combination of a handy craft and the experience you get when eating us.

To make an I’m a kombo at home, you need one part Lasse Askov and one part Bo Lindegaard. We have both been cooking, for the past ten years, at fine cuisine restaurants and looking back thinking of that past, we now know that doing that, was a waste of time.

In early 2010 we put all that we got into this new venture and by that, wasting time stopped.  Please browse our site for an understanding of the above written or contact either on of us on the below written.
